Det er et samarbejde mellem Tyskland, Italien, Letland og Danmark, og en uddannelsesinstitution og en plejeinstitution fra hvert land repr\u00e6senterer partnerne. Vores samfund bliver mere og mere multietniske og ogs\u00e5 mennesker med en anden baggrund end flertallet bliver gamle og nogle f\u00e5r demens. Derfor er det n\u00f8dvendigt at forbedre l\u00e6rernes, tr\u00e6nernes og p\u00e5r\u00f8rendes kompetencer med hensyn til demens og multikulturelitet.
